Pedralbes, located in the district of Les Corts, is a surprising neighborhood, which rhymes with different. It is the most affluent residential neighborhood of Barcelona and one of the least densely populated areas of the city. Its parks and extensive green areas make Pedralbes a very pleasant place to stroll and escape from the urban hustle and bustle.
The stately houses define this small corner of the city, which concentrates a group of buildings of great architectural and artistic value. The toponym Petras Albas, which means ‘white stones’, first documented in 986, refers to the light color of the rock that prevailed in the area.
Enjoy an interesting and surprising guided walk through one of the most unknown neighborhoods of Barcelona.
