DATE: October 12 at 9:30 a.m.
Enjoy a guided walk through the streets and squares of the coolest neighborhood in Barcelona.
Many artists have set up their workshops in the Barrio de la Ribera, thus inheriting the tradition of the area where the city’s artisans lived. Many of the names of the streets remind us today of those old trades and guilds: Mirallers (mirror makers), Sombrerers (hat makers), Argenters (silversmiths)…, streets born in the vicinity of the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar, with nowhere to Doubts the masterpiece of Catalan Gothic.
Now, among the old stones of the Ribera, restaurants, nightclubs and fashion stores are exhibited, filling an old neighborhood with color but with renewed beauty.
IMPORTANT: it is essential to wear an approved mask and respect the safety distance at all times.
